90 Calorie Cookies!
Makes 13 BIG cookies! 88.5 calories, 15.8 g carbs, 2.2 g fiber, 4.3 g sugar, 2.3 g protein.
Ingredients:
2 cups oats
3 bananas (ripe)
1/2 cup skim milk
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup pecans (optional)
Mix together, bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet, enjoy!
